During phase 1 of the development, pre-construction prices will be offered for 12 colonial style casitas, and 14 lots.

Turnkey casita packages include registered deed, and title insurance from First American Title Insurance company. Casitas will rent for between $79.00 and $399.00 USD per night depending on size, season, and availability. Casitas income will be tax free income for 10 years and owners will be able to enjoy their casitas for up to 3 months out of the year if they choose through Law 306.
Construction management: Homes can currently be built starting at $65 USD per sq./ft.
Construction management will consist of digital photos and progress chart emailed bi monthly while your home is being built. Click here for additional information.
