Construction Phases
Phase 1:
Phase 1 will consist of 14 ocean view home lots approximately 1/4 acre in size and 12 fully furnished turnkey casitas. During phase 1 infrastructure of all roads, state of the art underground utilities and entry walls will be installed.
Phase 2:
Phase 2 will introduce 36 more ocean view lots approximately 1/4 acre in size, these views will primarily take in Playa Marsella. Phase 2 will also include 18 more fully furnished turnkey casitas, and construction of the 5 star luxury resort clubhouse. This will include a gym, fitness center, aerobics area, sauna, banquet room, gourmet restaurant with 5 star kitchen, laundry facilities, and 2 lounges with flat screen viewing areas, internet cafe, administrative areas, reception, property management area and offices. Planting of over 10,000 plants and trees will be installed at this time.
Phase 3:
Phase 3 will start off with the installation of the grand seahorse shaped infinity pool and will also include the yoga studio, and wellness center with massage, health spa and aromatherapy. The conference and business center, 9 hole golf course and driving range, pro shop and deli will also be installed at this time. A rental shop that will include mountain bikes, ATVs, snorkel, fin, and various sports equipment along with a convenient store will anchor the community with needed rentals and supplies. Turnkey condos and villas with their own pools and Jacuzzis, including luxurious penthouse suites on the top floor and 21 more ocean view home lots approximately 1/4 acre in size will be available during this time. There will also be a grand waterfall, lush gardens, fountains and statuary. Also included with in the phenomenal master plan is picnic, BBQ and park areas with hiking, walking and jogging trails to include picturesque footbridges designed through out.
